When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. For online payments, your card/UPI details are processed by our payment partner and are never stored on our servers. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free delivery is offered on orders above ₹500. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is: • Damaged or defective upon arrival • Incorrect item delivered • Significantly different from description To initiate a return, contact us at info@shri-annapurna.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Perishable goods (opened flour/spice packets) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Discount coupons are valid for the period stated and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to revoke coupons that are misused or shared fraudulently.
